This project, part of the Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia (PR1MA) initiative, features single-storey terrace houses designed for modern comfort and convenience.The homes in this development are primarily single-storey terrace houses. The construction uses a concrete wall system, tiled flooring, plaster ceilings, and concrete roof tiles on metal lightweight trusses.
