Sooka Sentral is a freehold shopping mall situated in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. Sooka Sentral is composed of six floors and has an total area of 141, 674 sq ft. Its developer, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) is a renowned developer for commercial projects and has won countless awards. One of its most famous development projects being the KL Sentral Station. This shopping mall, similar with others, has its own parking area to accommodate for customers’ vehicles as well. 24 hours security are also available for ensuring safety. Sooka Sentral is centred at KL Sentral and is directly linked to KL Sentral Station, Malaysia’s largest transit hub by a skyway, providing easy access for commuters just arrived at the station. In other words, being located in this area where public transportation is most established, this shopping mall is easily accessible using all kinds of railway transportations that are linked to KL Sentral Station such as MRT, LRT, KTM, monorail and ERL. In addition, buses are also connected to this place. Apart from public transportation, for those driving their own vehicle, Sooka Sentral is strategically connected to several major highways like DUKE highway, New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Salak Expressway that offer easy access points to neighboring townships, Cheras, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar and Kepong. KL Sentral, being just 2 km away from city centre of Kuala Lumpur, is a place where most luxuries in Malaysia are in the vicinity. One can found a great deal of grand hotels close by, be it Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur or Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. It is suitable for those who like to be embraced by the bustle and hustle of busy streets. Amenities nearby this area are in abundance. Nothing much can be found regarding the launching details of Sooka Sentral except for the fact that it was completed in the year 2008 and had a Gross Development Value of approximately RM 80 million then. In 2015, MRCB had sold Sooka Sentral to Cardiac Vascular Sentral Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd (CVSKL) at a price of RM 90.8 million. In 2016, when reconfiguration was done, this place was converted into a fully equipped and functioning cardiac centre. In KL Sentral, one can spot a variety of projects being offered here drom time to time. For instance 348 Sentral, Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur, Epic Luxe Homes @ Sentral Residences, Maxim Citilights, Sentral Suites @ KL Sentral and St Regis The Residences. For those who are interested in commercial properties, apart from Sooka Sentral, there are also a handful of properties available nearby such as Q Sentral, Sentral Vista, Brickfields, Nu Sentral and Plaza Sentral. Some of them are developed by MRCB as well.
