Taman Indah Perdana is a leasehold housing development located at Kepong within the federal territory of Kuala Lumpur. The neighbourhood of Taman Indah Perdana is typical of the older housing developments in Kepong, with most of the houses showing their age. This development is developed by Brisdale Housing Sdn Bhd which is a property developer incorporated in Malaysia with tribunal for housebuyer. The neighbourhoods are generally peaceful and quiet, while the houses closer to the main road suffer from noise and air pollution. There are however many people who work in the city and find this area to be a good place to call home, as can be witnessed by the soaring prices of the houses here. Residents of Taman Indah Perdana have a decent range of facilities, with a fairly large football field located in the middle of the residential area and shared by the residents. Many people use the edges of the field as an additional parking area, while on one side of the field is a jogging track. As with most of the residents in Kepong, the local shopping mall is the Metro Prima Jusco Shopping Centre that is only 5 minutes away. Both local banking facilities and national schools for all ages are widely available in the area, while the closest medical healthcare facility is the Sungai Buloh Hospital that is only 15 minutes away. The only amenities nearby this landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) are some schools. Few of the schools here are SJK (C) Kepong 1, SJK (C) Kepong 2 and SMK Kepong. It is located approximately 20 minutes away from the city centre, while the city of Petaling Jaya is only 20 minutes away.
