Taman Kencana is a leasehold mixed housing estate located in Pandan Indah, Ampang near Kuala Lumpur. This is another of the many mixed developement playing host to a variety of shops, homes and office. A housing project in Taman Kencana was abandoned in 1995 has been taken over by a new developer named Garden Meridien Sdn Bhd. The developer- Garden Meridien has proposed to build 47 units of double storey terrace houses. Taman Kencana is a family themed development with the prime target being the family market.
