Located at Lorong 4/2B, Serdang, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Taman Serdang Jaya consists of leasehold apartment units built on residential land. Located in between a commercial area and an industrial area, Taman Serdang Jaya is a strategically located residential development. While the property here at Taman Serdang Jaya is not new, most of the units here are well maintained. The apartments here are affordable, and they are suitable for small families as well as individuals who are working in the area. From noodle shops to curry houses and even fast food, residents are spoilt for choice when it comes to food in this neighborhood. There are also several churches in the area, including Serdang Baptist Church and Peace Charis AOG Church, both of which are within a kilometer away. For baking needs, residents can head over to Maybank which is within a kilometer distance. The closest post office is the Seri Kembangan Post Office, which is also about a kilometer away. Facilities at Taman Serdang Jaya are limited. There is a children’s playground and parking bays are provided for residents to park their vehicles. As this is not a gated and guarded property, residents do have to take their own precautions in terms of keeping their homes safe.
