Subang Ville Aman Luxury is a leasehold condominium located at No. 28, Jalan PJS 10/11, SS 10, Taman Sri Subang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It is also commonly known as the Aman Apartments. Developed by an unnamed developer, the condo is a long-completed project and caters mostly to college students given that it is located in the educational hub of the city with a number of higher educational institutes around it. Most of the units of this condo is partially furnished as the potential tenants are the students and working young adults. This condominium is rather high-end as compared to the other condominiums although it remains within the same price range. The plus point of this condominiums its fantastically strategic location, that is, it is close to all possible amenities that one may ever require. As mentioned, it is also reasonably close to all the major educational institutions of the area. Residents of the condominium enjoy all the facilities of a high end complex such as barbeque area, recreational lake and a lounge, without burning a hole in their pockets. Since the Subang Ville Aman sits in such a strategic location, accessibility is never a problem for its residents. The KL city centre is only a 10 minutes driving distance. The condominium can be accessed via a network of highways and expressways, such as the Persekutuan Highway, Damansara-Puchong Expy (LDP), New Pantai Expy (NPE), Kesas, New Klang Valley Expy (NKVE), and Federal Highway. One can also find a host of taxi and bus stands along these highways for public transportation. Other public transportation includes a plethora of KTM and LRT stations, the nearest of which include Setia Jaya KTM, Seri Setia KTM, Subang Jaya LRT, SS 15 LRT and Glenmarie LRT. The facilities featured in the Subang Ville Aman are quite simple and basic but is of great quality and standard. It houses a playground and a nursery for kids, a swimming pool, gymnasium, a multipurpose hall and a covered car park. The security of the condo is of high quality with a guard house at the entrance, 24 hours monitoring system and every resident is given a security access card without which one may not enter the complex. The entrance of the condo is also wheelchair accessible and has service lifts that function round the clock. The Subang Ville Aman is more of a high-density residential complex with a total of 60 units, all housed in a single block towering up to 11 storeys. The built up sizes of each of the units is approximately about 1100 sq ft. Every unit comes with a standard 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms layout. As already mentioned, most of the units for sale are partially furnished as most of the former owners left their furniture and accessories behind for the next occupant. Therefore, one finds most of their furnishing already done free of cost while buying a unit. The same goes for the bathrooms and kitchens of the units which are all pre-installed with quality equipment and storage systems. The residents are also allotted a minimum of 1 parking space along with each unit. With starting price of owning a unit as low as RM329,000 and rental price RM1,200, the Subang Ville Aman has remained high in demand ever since its completion.
