  Gorgeous residence

  Amazing bang for buck , fantastic address ( Damansara heights) at a fraction of the premium you would normally pay in the area. Built in 2008 with very expensive finishing and amazing design. Rooftop swimming pool, gorgeous views of the city or greenery depending on unit purchased/rent. A sound investment with amazing and constant rentals from students at university / expats/ younger professionals.

  Rental

  16year old building that looks like 60 years old. Management dont both maintaining. Living condition walls are NOT sound proof you can even hear the footsteps of people walking outside.
