  If you're looking for a place with a prime location, this is it! Aera Residence is conveniently located in the Klang Valley, making it incredibly accessible to all the exciting spots. I love how I have everything I need within close proximity, from convenient stores to a variety of eateries. The view from the property is simply amazing, especially when you can enjoy both the lake and Sunway view. But what truly makes this place special is the friendly neighborhood. The people here are great, creating a warm and welcoming environment. It's definitely a fantastic place to stay!

  Top-notch resort facilities with convenient l

  Aera Residence is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the federal highway and NPE highway. Being close to Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bandar Sunway was a major plus for me. The resort facilities were top-notch, especially the huge olympic-sized swimming pool and the breathtaking view from the sky deck on level 40. Additionally, having a recreation park right in front of the lobby was a great bonus. I didn't have to worry about food either, as there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. Highly recommend!

  A College Student's Dream: Living Close to Su

  I have been residing in Aera Residence for a few months now as a college student, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The facilities provided are of excellent quality, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. The close proximity to Sunway University is a game-changer, as it allows me to easily manage my academic commitments. Moreover, with easy access to the PJ highway and KL, I am able to make the most out of my college years by exploring different areas and experiencing the vibrant city life.
