  Alora Residences @ Avenue 25 in Subang Jaya offers a modern lifestyle close to KL and PJ. Its location near major highways and public transport makes daily commuting easy. If the developer delivers as planned, Alora could be a strong addition to Subang Jaya’s residential scene. Worth watching as it takes shape.

  Lights and lots of smiles

  Visited Alora Residences recently and was impressed enough to lock in a unit. The project strikes a nice balance between city convenience and suburban comfort, with quick access to Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and nearby transit routes. What drew me in was the overall vision: modern design, a strategic location, and a setup that feels ideal for future living. If it stays on track, Alora could easily become one of Subang Jaya’s standout new addresses.

  Less noise, more peace

  I booked a unit here early on because I liked the area and the plan they showed. The project still not ready, but every time I pass by, can see workers busy, so I feel a bit assured. The location is nice, not too noisy but also not far from places I need like shops, banks, and even train station nearby. The layout they showed during sales gallery really caught my eye. It's suitable for small families or couples like us. I’m just hoping the real thing looks as good as the brochure. Sometimes when I’m around, I check the site the progress going slow some days, fast other days. But I guess that’s normal!
