  Worth the price

  Chill neighbourhood, solid house, and no major issues since we moved in. Worth it for the price we paid.

  Low density neighbourhood

  Bought a unit and moved in mid-2024. It's a clean, low-density neighbourhood - no traffic noise, and the house layout works well with decent security.

  Low density and nearby school and amenities

  We’ve been staying here for almost two years now and it’s been a great decision for our small family. The neighbourhood is quiet, the kids can play safely outside, and we love that it’s not overcrowded. It’s peaceful after work, and the community feels close-knit but not intrusive.
