  A different kind of experience awaits you at Arte Mont Kiara. The exterior facade of the building, walls, walkways, and gardens are adorned with big and prominent decor that immediately catches your eye. Although it can get quite crowded during the weekends and public holidays, there are plenty of facilities to explore. The rainbow lounge is particularly interesting and provides a lot of fun for kids. The other areas are just average, but they do make for great photo opportunities, despite the crowds. Overall, it's a very pleasant place to stay with a variety of rooms to choose from. The skyroof pool is a highlight, although you'll need to book your swim time in advance. If you prefer an open swimming pool experience, there's a large one available, and no booking is required.

  A Joy to rent a unit in Arte @ Mont Kiara Dup

  To rent this duplex was an absolute delight! The unit was perfect for our family of six. The modern interior design of the place is visually appealing and created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. And the view...wow! We couldn't get enough of the stunning surroundings daily after work. The highlight living here is definitely the Sky Lounge, where we spent hours enjoying the breathtaking views almost everyday. It's important to note that public transport options were limited in the residential area, so having a car would be beneficial. However, this small inconvenience didn't overshadow the my interest to stay here for long term. Whether you are planning to buy or rent a unit in Arte Mont Kiara, it will be a perfect choice.

  Affordable 2-Bedroom Apartment with Unique De

  I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of this 2-bedroom apartment at Arte @ Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. It was incredibly cheap, especially considering it can comfortably accommodate more than 4 people. The extra mattresses and sofa in the living room were a great addition, making it perfect for larger groups. Getting access to the parking lot and the apartment was hassle-free with the provided access card. The convenience of having one free parking spot right at the entrance of the lift was a major plus. The unique design of this apartment complex was truly amazing. Every corner was a work of art, and I couldn't resist capturing as many photographs as possible. Exploring the building was a fun and exciting experience in itself.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY AS A SINGLE WOMAN

  - There are 3 blocks, MK1, MK2 and MK3. - *MK2* is the only block whose lifts lead directly to the lobby outside of the Ami Suites - If you stay in MK1, you will have to go through the car park (200M ++) just to reach the lobby where Grab food gets delivered. The Lift lobby for MK1 is right next to the garbage disposal and the smell every morning is DISGUSTING! - All parcels that can't fit into a standard sized mailbox are left at B2 security guardhouse for anyone to steal. They even have posted a picture before of a man stealing parcels. The guardhouse is extremely dingy and dirty and IF YOU ARE A WOMAN YOU WILL FEEL EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE AND GROSSED OUT BY THE IDIOTIC SECURITY GUARDS THAT TRY TO GET IN YOUR BUSINESS / STARE AT YOU CONSTANTLY - SUCH CREEPS and expect to be catcalled.

  Arte hits the sweet spot

  On a short-term contract in KL, my broker showed me multiple properties to rent as our company allows senior executives a choice of accommodation. Since Arte at Mont Kiara was a brand new project and looked so unique, we thought this had to be my place of residence for the next year. I will be moving back to Europe next year but I'll dearly miss the class and luxury of this place. The quality of stone and tile used, lighting fitments and kitchen furniture are top-class. The owner has furnished the place with great taste and the view from the condo is simply stunning. Don’t have anything to complain about.

  Arte struck a chord

  When we were scouting for a luxurious apartment in KL back in 2018, a friend asked us to check out Arte at Mont Kiara. The buildings were still under construction and even back then, we could see that this was going to be a special project. We invested in a unit last year and have just moved in. I truly appreciate the quality of our apartment, the common spaces and the accessibility to the whole of KL from here.

  It's got the curves

  I often joke to my wife that I have yet to find a straight line on this property. It’s all fancy swoops and curves. The elevation of Arte at Mont Kiara flows like sea waves and the overall design screams for attention, and deservedly so. We have lived in landed properties until last year when we were handed the keys to our unit in Arte. Up on the 30th floor, it all feels surreal to me - the views, the quality of the construction and the wonderful location we are now living in.
