  Perfect for young couples

  My wife and I were looking for a starter home near Subang, and Arte @ Subang West checked all the boxes. Compact but smart layout, nice design, and easy access to Federal Highway.

  Comfortable and safe

  Been staying here for two years now and it’s been peaceful. Security is tight, the facilities are well maintained, and neighbours are friendly. The pool and gym are my favourite weekend spots. Overall, really good value for the money.

  Feels like a hidden gen in Shah Alam

  Visited the condo last week and really liked what I saw. The design stands out, kind of artsy but still feels practical. With the infinity pool and jacuzzi, it’s a solid deal for the price range. Thinking to invest soon before prices climb higher.
