NTP World Group, the developer of this project, is relatively new to property development in Malaysia. The SkyArena is the first project of this company, and a lot of strategic planning and development is evident in the SkyArena.

Not all terrible, but pretty terrible
Parking goes up to level 7 and traffic layout is arranged that you have to circle the whole floor to move on, so people cut through parked cars to make a shortcut and damage the cars parked in their spaces. Unit water pressure slow, want to shower while washing machine is filling up? Good luck! Own a motorcycle? Good luck waiting to get a motorbike parking. Own TWO motorcycles? Good luck never getting a parking spot for your 2nd motor. You'll have to park that outside by the bushes in the dark. Oh walking to outside? Good luck walking in the sun! The walkway roofs are glass for whatever reasons. Own a unit facing the arena sukan? Good luck getting to sleep early on weekdays or sleeping in on weekends! The ecoshop at the lobby is pretty cool though I gotta give it that at least

A Good Entertaining Space
I enjoy having friends and relatives over and wanted a property with useful common areas. The barbeque area was one of the facilities I liked when I first viewed the condominium because it gives us a place to gather outside the unit. The multi purpose hall is another useful space for larger activities and family occasions. When guests come with children, the swimming pool and wading pool give them something to enjoy during the visit. I also like the landscaped garden because it creates a pleasant setting around the residential blocks. After living here, I feel the property works particularly well for someone who likes having people over.

Useful Shared Spaces
I booked a unit at Ascenda Residence because I wanted more than just a comfortable apartment. The multi purpose hall was useful when I was considering the property because it provides an extra space for activities and gatherings. I also like the barbeque area for simple weekend meals with friends. The swimming pool gives me another way to relax without leaving the condominium. The landscaped garden adds some greenery around the property as well. I find the shared spaces practical for different occasions.
