  Poor Management, Poor Workmanship and Power I

  As a resident for the past 8 months, it has been a frustrating journey dealing with the consequences of poor construction and frequent power trips. The primary issue revolves around the subpar workmanship here. My unit's meter burnt twice and the fuse even exploded right in front of the TNB technician. Of course, the management pushed the blame away stating that it wasn't their fault, then whose fault could it be? UOA supposed to replace the cable for safety purpose, but instead of replacing it, they just cut away some parts of the cable and said that all is good. I hope that this review serves as a call to action for the management to prioritize the safety, well-being and satisfaction of its residents by addressing the existing issues promptly and comprehensively.

  Good Location but Subpar Quality in Everythin

  The overall construction and finishing were below industry standards, with visible signs of poor craftsmanship. The facility floor has a lot of empty space and the basic facilities provided do not match with the maintenance fee paid. What truly stood out was the apparent lack of accountability from the management regarding the numerous issues plaguing the condominium. There was a consistent failure to take responsibility for the shortcomings, and instead of addressing them. There's also extremely limited car park facilities. How do you expect a 3R2B unit to only have 1 single carpark unit? Most people park their cars at the roadside causing the place to be congested with cars. The management's response to these issues was disappointingly slow, and their attempts at resolving them

  Aster Green Residence - A Convenient Location

  The location of Aster Green Residence is unbeatable. The quick 2 to 5 minutes' drive to Sri Petaling town via Jalan 2/149 and Jalan Merah Silau has saved me so much time and hassle. With schools like SMK Bandar Baru Seri Petaling and SJK © La Salle in close proximity, it's incredibly convenient for my children's education. Moreover, having medical facilities like The Doctors Clinic and Bella Clinic nearby gives me peace of mind. Not to mention, the availability of grocery stores like The Store and Daily Save Sri Petaling makes it effortless to get all my daily necessities. I highly recommend Aster Green Residence for its convenient location.

  A Fair Deal: A Balanced Assessment of Quality

  For the price I paid, the workmanship provided for Aster Green Residence was okay. It wasn't exceptional, but it was reasonable considering the cost. The property's location being connected to major highways and close to LRT/MRT stations was a major convenience, making it a desirable place to live. Overall, it was a fair deal.

  Aster Green Residence: The Perfect Multigener

  Finding a place that offers rest and relaxation for our multigenerational family can be quite a task. But Aster Green Residence checked all the boxes. The low-density living environment created a peaceful atmosphere, allowing us to unwind and recharge. The variety of recreational facilities ensured that there was something for everyone in our family, from serene moments in the lush landscape to exciting moments by the pool. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories together.
