Best for weekend gatherings

I was looking for a home with enough space to host family and friends, and Aster Heights fits the bill. The living and dining areas are open, and the spacious rooms mean friends can comfortably stay over. The Central Park nearby gives our kids plenty of space to play while adults catch up and unwind. The neighbourhood is still new but already feels safe and lively, with a sense of community starting to form. It suits us perfectly because gatherings at home are a big part of our lifestyle.

Just collected the keys last month. Walking through the door felt surreal; our first home! The rooms are bright, and the layout works for daily life. Kids already love running around in the park nearby. It’s fresh, safe, and a place I can see us growing together.

A great spot to relax and breathe

I’ve been staying at Aster Heights for about a year now, and so far, it’s been truly satisfying. The area’s surrounded by greenery, and that big 16‑acre park in the middle really makes a difference. Almost every evening I’ll go for a walk or light jog - the track is well-maintained and it’s just peaceful. The playground’s always lively, especially on weekends. Kids have a place to burn off energy, and I don’t have to worry much since the area’s gated and secure. There’s also a surau and kindergarten right within the neighbourhood, which is a huge plus for parents like us. Overall, the place feels calm, and the neighbours are quite friendly too. It’s got that nice community vibe not too quiet, but not crowded either. It’s the kind of place that really grows on you.
