  Surprisingly good

  Bought one of the bigger units here last year after spending some time looking around nearby areas like Desa Park City and Taman Tun. Facilities were surprisingly good well kept. More importantly, it's pet-friendly and my two furkids have had a blast of a time making new friends. Ativo Plaza next door has plenty of choices for restaurants to satisfy your palate and consultants to take care of your health. The community itself is friendly and helpful and the management community is quick to respond to complaints and feedback. More importantly, EV charging is available and saves a hell of a lot of time and hassle for me trying to look around for chargers. Links to the LRT are also up so it's really convenient , transport-wise. No regrets purchasing this place from me.

  Quiet urban living

  I’ve been enjoying retirement here - clean, peaceful, and easy to move around. The garden’s my favourite part.

  Nice design but parking can be better

  Love the modern design, gym and garden spaces, but parking for visitors can be tough sometimes. Still, it’s a solid place overall. Safe, convenient and quiet.

  Family-friendly and safe

  Been staying here for half a year now and no regrets. My kids love the pool and playground, and weekends are always spent at the sky lounge or basketball court. It’s a good place for young families like ours.

  Very demand from time to time no matter buy or rent, still waiting list on hand and still looking for unit to my client. Here very convenience and good vibes, security and management also high rated.

  The Perfect Location for a Lifetime of Enjoym

  Glad to have a unit at Ativo Suites. The location is perfect for spending my whole life here and the views are breathtaking. Plus, not having to worry about shopping and restaurants which are all nearby makes it more enjoyable.

  Ativo Suites - A Luxurious Haven with Top-Not

  Ativo Suites exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and top-notch amenities. The sky pool area is a must-see, and the sky dining area is perfect for a romantic dinner. The playroom is also a fun feature for those who want to unwind after a long day. I definitely recommend buying a unit at Ativo Suites.

  Luxury Living at Ativo Suites

  I recently moved into a unit at Ativo Suites and I have to say, it's exceeded all of my expectations. The location is unbeatable - I can walk to my office at Ativo Plaza in just a few minutes. The unit itself is incredibly well-planned and solidly built, with all of the modern amenities that I could ask for. I particularly love the playground and sky garden, and the Jacuzzi pools are an absolute dream. The fact that I have four car parks and the security is so tight just adds to the overall feeling of luxury and convenience. I highly recommend Ativo Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient metropolitan lifestyle.
