Atwater : Service Residences

Worth the price tag

Starting price is not cheap, but for Grade A office towers in a central PJ location, it feels fair. Better still, everything we need like food, banks and medical centres is literally minutes away.

Well-planned office towers

The floor plate options are flexible, from smaller units to large spaces. We need around 5,000 sqft and it fits perfectly. Security with card access and CCTV looks solid.

Convenience all around

I like that Atwater is surrounded by hospitals, malls, and eateries. Easy for meetings or quick meals. For my team, being near University Malaya is useful for hiring fresh talent too.
