Avelia is the marketing name used for the second phase of development in Astoria Ampang, a leasehold serviced residence located off Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. This award-winning project is developed through a joint venture between Land & General Berhad and Mayland Group, the former most recognised as the master developer behind the Bandar Sri Damansara township, the latter a pioneer developer of serviced apartments in Malaysia.

Avelia comprises Blocks C and D (out of Blocks A, B, C, and D) of Astoria, all of which stand 46-storeys tall. Built-ups range from 560 sq ft – 1,505 sq ft with a total of 506 units.


Avelia is a lush hidden oasis in the middle of metropolitan Ampang. Designed by the renowned WDA Architects and featuring award-winning landscaping by Inchscapes Sdn Bhd, this project is an ecosystem within itself – featuring cascading waterfalls and streams which flow alongside the jogging path. Avelia boasts over 33 facilities across 150,000 sq ft (3.4 acres) of extensive land and waterscapes. The lush, holistic design has successfully garnered this development the Asia Pacific Property Award for Best Residential Landscape Architecture Malaysia in 2016 – 2017.

Most of the facilities are located on the Facility Podium at level 6, where fitness fanatics will enjoy the pool-front gym pavilion, yoga room, boxing ring, and sunken tennis court. Frequent entertainers can also host get-togethers at the aqua kitchen, hydro lounge, games lounge and games room.
