  Aville Residences caught my attention as a growing residential project with great potential returns. I booked a unit purely for investment purposes, and so far, the progress looks steady. The project’s concept and upcoming amenities seem promising, and the surrounding infrastructure adds more value. I believe this property will appreciate well once completed.

  I booked a compact unit at Aville Residences for myself since I often work nearby. The facilities mentioned sound perfect for bachelors like me. Even though it’s still being built, I’m glad I made this early move since the area is developing fast. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

  I decided to buy a unit in Aville Residences mainly because of its surroundings and modern design plans. Though it’s still under construction, the updates from the team are regular and transparent. I booked a 2-bedroom unit for my parents to settle comfortably once it’s ready. The overall project gives a sense of trust and good value for what it offers.

  It's been 6 months since I booked a unit at Aville Residences for my family, and we’re really looking forward to seeing it come up. The location is peaceful with good access to daily needs, which is what drew us in. The layout and amenities planned look quite family-friendly, and the sales team explained everything clearly.   The place seems neat and planned well. It’s still under construction, but the area feels peaceful and easy to move around, with shops and main roads close by. Seems like a good choice for small families or anyone wanting a quiet place to stay. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out once it's ready.

  A sleek space to come home

  Checked out Aville Residence recently, just wanted to see what it’s like. Honestly, the location kinda sold it for me. It’s near the coast, so you can already feel that salty air even during the site visit. I can imagine how nice mornings would be with the windows open. They’ve planned it pretty well, not too packed, and some of the units are supposed to get sea views. The layout looks practical, not too fancy, but it works.

  I hear birds more than traffic, and that says

  Personally, I think Aville Residence has a lot of potential, especially for people who want to stay close to the city without giving up peace and quiet. I like that the location is practical being near daily essentials makes life easier, and it’s great that you can walk or drive just a short distance for food or groceries. From the layouts and facilities, it seems ideal for small families or young couples looking to settle down without the noise of the city right outside their window. Of course, it’s still not completed, so I’m keeping an eye on how the final build turns out. Hopefully, the quality matches the concept, and the maintenance team keeps things in good shape over time.
