  Modern and gated

  We just registered! My husband and I were looking for something outside the city but still modern and gated. Avisa checks all the boxes. Love the clubhouse and green surroundings, so excited to see how it turns out.

  The kids love it

  We just booked a unit here because we love how it’s planned around nature. It’s peaceful but still near enough to Klang town. The kids will love the open spaces and I like that there’s a guardhouse. Hope the playground turns out nice too.

  Solid developer with decent price

  "Heard about Avisa from my daughter. Honestly surprised by the price for a Tropicana project. The layout looks good and seems okay for three generations. Still a few years to go, but we’re thinking long-term. "
