We snagged a 1,600 sq ft unit for about RM550k—two parking spots included, so worth it for city centre real estate. Love being a 5-min walk from Maharajalela Monorail and the LRT. Essentials like banks, restaurants, groceries are nearby. Sure, it’s an older building, but the low-density feel and functional layout make it a strong value pick.

Moved into a high-floor 4-bed semi-furnished unit recently—nice and spacious. The gym does its job and security’s always alert. A buddy joked some units are ‘haunted’—apparently there were a few suicides in the past, which gives the place a slightly eerie history. I haven’t felt anything myself, but word travels fast around here.

Great central location, but corridor noise ca

Been here for a year—it's insanely convenient with KLCC and Bukit Bintang just a short drive or Monorail ride away. The building’s been freshly painted and security now does fingerprint scans—feels much safer . . . until some corridor chatter gets too loud. I believe it’s from day‑labour guys hanging out after hours. Still, love the city‑centre vibes.
