  Investor friendly

  I previously rented a unit at the Banyan Tree Pavilion back in 2019, though it seems that most of the units here are bought by investors. We loved the view out of our unit, plus the quality of the furniture is great too. I used to visit the gym and swimming pool regularly and can say that they are truly world class. The entire property was maintained on par with the high standards I expected of the Banyan Tree name.

  Fine luxury condo

  I think the Banyan Tree at Pavilion is one of the finest luxury condos in KL. Initially, I wasn't even aware they had private residences for sale since most of us only know Banyan Tree for their luxury hotel. The residence turned out to be just as amazing as the hotel, plus all good hospitals and educational institutions are nearby. We put our money here since we so happened to have good money at the time to invest. My wife’s office is just 10 minutes away and I literally walk to work a few buildings away. There couldn’t be a better location with such a lovely building offering the best of amenities and facilities.

  Memorable

  We invested in a house at the Banyan Tree when my son was of university age. Back then, he just enrolled into Universiti Tun Abdul Razak. Fast forward just a few years later and he's already graduated, so it's definitely been a memorable few years here. We even threw his success party here with many of his friends.
