  Everyone keeps to themselves and it stays pea

  Bella Vista in Kepong memang one of those projects that catch the eye. The location quite strategic, schools, public transport, and a bunch of eateries, so that’s already a plus. Includes essentials like a landscaped garden, gym, and 24 hour security. The layout choices seem practical too, suits young families or even single folks who want their own space. Construction still ongoing, but from what we see, the build quality looks decent. Just hope they maintain it well after handover. If you’re considering a home in KL without breaking the bank, Bella Vista might be worth checking out.

  Good layout for our family

  Bella Vista gives a clean, cozy feel that makes it easy to settle into right away. The layout seems simple and practical, with units that look spacious enough without being overwhelming, perfect if you want a place that just feels homey. What I notice most is how well everything functions. The building seems well-maintained, and small things like cleanliness and organization are consistent. It’s the kind of spot where daily routines flow smoothly, so you can relax and feel at ease.

  Easy to maintain and easy to enjoy

  I've been living at Bella Vista for some time now. The location is good, close to lots of shops and food places. My unit is comfy enough, not too big but just right for me. The view from my balcony is nice, got some greenery and city lights at night. The facilities here are common, nothing special. The building is a bit old, but maintenance tries to keep things well. Security is okay, guards around and check visitors. Parking can be a bit tricky during weekends but usually can find a spot.
