  My own space, finally

  Been staying at Beverly Hills 1 for quite some time now. Inside the unit, layout is basic but got enough space. Water supply usually stable. Electricity no issue so far. The best thing here is everything is nearby. Got supermarket, clinics, eateries, even salon, all just a short walk. I don’t need to drive out for small things. Also got school not too far, so families find it useful.

  Pause from the world

  I just moved into Beverly Hills 1 in Ukay Heights, Ampang, and it’s been a good experience so far. The area is known to be more upscale, but it still feels relaxed and peaceful. It’s surrounded by greenery, which gives it a calm atmosphere, yet it’s still close enough to central KL to stay connected. The design of the place is quite sleek and modern. It seems like a great fit for people who want the convenience of city life without the constant noise. Traffic can be a bit of a challenge during peak hours, but other than that, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter lifestyle while staying near the city.

  Calm, simple living without any of the hassle

  Beverly Hills 1 looks quite promising, located nicely in Bukit Jalil near lots of makan spots and convenience. The low-density setup feels more private. Got swimming pool, gym, and some green space, and 24 hr security, simple but good enough.
