  Inside the unit, the space is decent. Noise level depends on the neighbours. On the good side, it’s close to some main roads, so getting a ride or going to town is not hard. Rent here is more affordable than in other nearby areas.

  Just purchased two units at Beverly Hills 5 in Bukit Tunku to put on rent. The area is peaceful, green, and known for its exclusivity, which adds long-term value. The design has a modern, upscale feel that appeals to professionals or small families looking for stylish city living. The environment is quiet, yet it’s still close enough to key areas in KL. The overall ambiance make it a standout for tenants who appreciate comfort and views. Security appears reliable with controlled access, which adds to its rental appeal. Peak-hour traffic is a common issue, but overall, it's a solid investment for quality city living.

  A peaceful retreat without leaving the city

  Beverly Hills 5 looks quite chill for those who prefer peace and not so much of the city hustle. Located in Putatan, Sabah, the surroundings got that relaxed, suburban vibe. Design wise, quite modern and clean, nothing too flashy, which is nice. Facilities-wise, it’s got a swimming pool, and some retail units at the bottom, so quite convenient. Security also seems decent with 24-hour surveillance. If you're the type that enjoys a slower pace and still wants some access to shops and basic needs downstairs, this place got potential.
