  Nice weekend getaway!

  The facilities at BotaniQa are quite impressive! Visited for a weekend... they've got a lap pool with infinity edge, wading pool for the kiddos, BBQ pits, gym, kids’ climbing wall, and even an urban farming patch. It's like a resort within the city—perfect for evening relaxation or weekend family time. Makes condo living feel lush and enjoyable.

  Nice, Quiet, Home

  Living here makes my daily commute so much easier. BotaniQa is strategically located with direct access to NPE, KESAS, Federal Highway, SMART Tunnel, KL–Seremban Highway, and LDP. I breeze through traffic and still get home quick. I feel well-connected in this nice, quiet community.

  I love the spacious 850 sq ft 3-bedroom unit—enough for my wife, kids, and even three cars in the parking bay! The condo feels modern and airy, with a lovely PJ skyline view. Access to the NPE highway means Sunway Pyramid is just 10 minutes away—so convenient for family outings and shopping. Rated it a solid 4/5 for blending comfort and practicality.
