  Bougainvilla is a middle‑class property… affordable even for young executives with many modern facilities within its property grounds. I love the gym, sauna, mini‑mart, BBQ area, playground, and pools. They even have a salon good for when I'm being lazy. Everything’s onsite, so I rarely need to leave the development since I wfh.

  Each unit 3-bed, 2-bath is nice, good development with access via NKVE, PLUS, LDP, Penchala Link, DUKE, Sprint, makes getting to KL and Petaling Jaya effortless. Commuting is zero stress, and nearby international schools like Mont Kiara Intl School are a bonus.

  I’ve been staying at Bougainvilla for a while now, and honestly, it’s pretty great for what you pay. It’s not super high-end or anything, but it has all the basics. There’s a gym, swimming pool, BBQ area, and even a little mini-mart and salon downstairs. It’s super convenient, especially if you don’t feel like driving out. The place feels peaceful and the community’s quite chill. Perfect if you’re just looking for a comfy, affordable home in a good location without all the flashy stuff.
