A nice place to stay
Walking distance to McDonald's, Speedmart 99, 7-11 cafe and so on. A lot of facilities which hit the Malaysia record. Kids friendly, OKU accessible parking and entrances, very convenient even if you bring baby stroller or trolley from your house to facilities or shops. Well maintained.

Investment for my landlord, home for me
I rented a unit at BSP21 right after the development was completed. The owner had only bought it as an investment so I got to move into a new home immediately. It was totally unfurnished though. We have a lot of furniture from our previous house and were worried about moving the larger pieces in but the access to the apartment and large openings made it simple. Just recently, I've also heard that BSP21 has garnered a place in Malaysia's Book of Records for development with most facilities! I don’t have kids but going by the amount of fun kids in the condo have, your kids should have a blast here.

Neatly spread out
Sometimes such a large project can get claustrophobic for people but the developer has smartly spaced the buildings out. Even the community areas of BSP21 can accommodate a lot of people. Out of all the facilities, our kids have fallen in love with the kid's playground area at the pool and have made friends with so many other kids there too. I think buying a unit here was the perfect decision considering it is a nurturing place for children. The wife and I ourselves have gotten to know a ton of people here too.
