  Good to see that developers are still building landed property in the Klang Valley. These terrace houses can be considered for first-time home buyers, or those who have children.

  Good location for families

  This type of suburban areas where Bukit Amverton is located is good for families with children, further away from the busy city. Good to have a room on the ground floor, the elderly can live there.

  Spacious homes with nice design

  Quite a good size for a terrace home. The location of Bukit Amverton is also quite convenient in Sungai Buloh. It's getting harder to get landed property in the matured neighbourhoods.
