  Stylish and practical

  It’s my first big property purchase, and I feel it’s the right one. The price is reasonable compared to Penang or KL, and the design is stylish yet practical. I like that every bedroom has a bathroom - very convenient for guests too.

  At this stage of life, we wanted peace of mind. This house gives us that with 24-hour security and thoughtful design for elderly living. The township feels calm and green, and we love having our grandchildren visit and play at the parks.

  Open style plan means more family space

  Bought this for our family because of the space and security. Each bedroom with its own bathroom means no fights in the morning! The open plan makes gatherings easier, and my wife loves the privacy of the “rumah dapur” style kitchen. Definitely worth it for the price.
