  I’m a young working professional who needed peace after long shifts. Capri Park offers that low-density feel. From higher floors, I get occasional sea and Penang Bridge glimpses—pleasant evening view. Facilities are good—gym, jogging track, pool, hall—and the area’s quiet... it’s Butterworth after all, so nightlife options and trendy eateries are limited.

  Spacious for a growing family

  My husband and I moved here last year with our 1‑year‑old. We love the generous layout—our 3+1 bedroom unit clocks in at around 1,334 sq ft, so there's plenty of room to play and grow. The building has a pool, gym, playground, even a games room—kids love it. Security feels solid with guards and CCTV covering the place. It’s freehold and low‑density (just 12 units per floor), so I rarely feel crowded
