As a first-time investor, Casa Dahlia seemed perfect: freehold, mid-range price, and in a growing area. The facilities include covered parking, a jogging track, playground, and 24‑hour security. Rents hover around RM800–1,200 per month depending on furnishings—yield meets expectations for a mid-tier apartment. What’s missing? No estate pool or gym, and fewer modern finishes. But for steady rental with minimal upkeep, is good

Affordable, green and well-connected
I'm renting a unit here and the value is amazing—about RM250–RM290k sale price for freehold units is hard to beat right now. I don’t drive, so I appreciate the nearby bus stops like Taman Dahlia and SMK Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. My daily commute to Cyberjaya takes 30–35 minutes via the North–South Highway—pretty smooth. Plus, there are supermarkets, eateries, clinics, and even kindergartens just a short walk away. Everything I need is right here in my neighbourhood

Freehold apartment with park-side serenity
I bought my 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit at Casa Dahlia about six months ago for RM 260K (~RM 300 psf). It's a freehold development surrounded by greenery, and I honestly couldn’t find a better deal at that price. Every morning, I enjoy a short walk by the small park next to the block, which adds a peaceful vibe to the place. It’s nothing fancy inside—basic finishes—but it’s functional, clean, and comfortable for my family.
