What a wonderful apartment
I have been renting my place here at Casa Green for the past six months. The owner is really missing out on a wonderful apartment, because it really is a beautifully designed building with thoughtfully designed amenities and facilities. It looks like a really cool building, especially the gym and pool areas which are designed so well. The highly anticipated Pavilion Bukit Jalil nearby looks like good news for my unit's owner too. Totally worth owning an apartment here, and if not, at least renting one like me. -

I had some foresight
It was one of the best new developments coming up back in 2019. Even before the construction was completed, I had bought my unit here as it felt like such a nice design with a thoughtful floor plan and set of amenities and facilities. It has pretty good public transport from the property. I purchased the Type B 3BR which has a useful balcony and a spacious living room with a lot of natural light coming in. -

Gone like hot cakes
I really had to rush with my deposit for Casa Green at Bukit Jalil. There was huge demand for this development so getting the finance done quickly was essential for me. It’s a wonderful property as it strikes a fine balance between price, size and quality - no surprise it was such a popular project when launched. Muhibbah LRT station is nearby too. -
