Quiet Poolside Stay with Cheras Convenience
We stayed for a weekend as relatives of a tenant, and really enjoyed the peaceful vibes. Facilities like the swimming pool, jogging track, and playground are well-maintained and rarely crowded. The in-building cafeteria and small mini-mart were handy for morning coffee and snacks. The area is a typical mature Cheras neighbourhood—full of restaurants, shops, and not far from Jaya Jusco. Traffic into KL can be heavy, but the easy LRT access helps avoid that.

Affordable Three-Bed with Great Transit Acces
I’ve rented here since early 2025, and Casa Ria’s three-bedroom layout (~1,100 sq ft) gives my small family plenty of breathing room. Despite minor wear-and-tear in fixtures, the unit has been kept clean and works well for daily life. I depend on public transport a lot—Maluri and Pandan Jaya LRT stations are both within a 10–15 minute walk, and buses link up nicely. Plus, covered parking and 24‑hour security give me peace of mind. Great value for Cheras renters like us!
