  Bought a unit here a few years ago and never looked back. What sold me was the layout — high ceilings, lots of natural light, and a bit of character. It's not your typical condo box. The facilities are basic but well-maintained. Security’s good and the community is small, which I like. Only downside is traffic can get bad if you're driving out during peak hours, but I just plan around it. Location-wise, you’re smack between Bangsar, PJ, and KL. Worth it.

  Nice café downstairs and chill vibes

  I don’t live here but I come by a lot because one of my favourite cafés is right at the ground floor (White Land). The whole place feels a bit like a hidden pocket — very green and calm compared to other places in KL. You’ll see people working on their laptops or just enjoying coffee outside. If I didn’t already have a place nearby, I’d consider renting here. It’s quiet but still near Bangsar, Mid Valley, and even the LRT if you don’t mind walking a bit.

  Quiet space with big windows

  Stayed here for about a week while I was in KL for work. The unit I got was bright and airy with floor-to-ceiling windows and a small mezzanine bedroom. It had kind of a New York loft vibe but with way more plants. Super quiet at night, which I appreciated. There’s a lap pool and gym downstairs that’s never too crowded. Bangsar South is just a short Grab away. Honestly, not much to complain about — great if you want a peaceful, low-key space to work and unwind.
