City of Elmina : The Nine, Elmina Green

Perfect for multigenerational living

My parents are staying with us, so the big layout works well. Having four en-suite bathrooms really helps with privacy and comfort. The corner lot option looks especially good for extended families.

Green surroundings caught my eye

I liked how the whole township blends homes with greenery. The jogging and cycling tracks look great for evening walks. It feels calm but still close to malls and schools, which is important for us.

Plenty of space for the family

We were looking for a home with enough rooms for everyone, and The Nine really stood out. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms means no rushing in the mornings. The floor plan feels spacious yet practical. We registered after visiting the gallery and can’t wait to see it completed in 2026.
