Dangerous

Be careful, the ceilings have fallen through in some places, rats are spotted with all the trash, lifts keep breaking. The on a night it is in a bad neighbourhood. Strange cars making strange deliveries to strange people on the causeway. My wife feels in danger. Management are rude and swear.

Green & convenient

Moved in since 2019 and still happy here. The greenery makes evenings calm, and the pool + gym are well kept. About 15 minutes to KL by car. Security is strict, so my wife feels safe when I’m away for work.

Simple and reliable

Been here for a few years. Lifts are generally efficient, security is 24/7, and management responds fast. Easy access to KESAS Highway saves time during peak hours. Not flashy, but dependable and comfortable.
