Stable management, thoughtful community upgra

Though Coastal Tower was built in 2004, the MC stays super active—upgraded gym, lobby facelift, touch‑card security, free Wi‑Fi by the pool—and fees haven’t climbed. The place feels solid, consistent subsale value, and those panoramic sea + hill views never get old.

Sea‑view furnished 3 BHK

Newly renovated 3 BHK (about 1,400 sq ft) at Coastal Tower—owner closed off two common rooms, so it’s cozy now. Fully furnished, no agent involved, direct deal. Sea view from the master is a real bonus. Love the fresh paint and brand‑new sofa setup.

“Low-density feels, full suite of facilities

Coastal Tower is indeed a great place to live in. The development offers many great facilities and features that the residents of many new developments only dream of having… sauna, jacuzzi, landscaped garden, BBQ area… badminton hall, squash court, gymnasium, jogging track …
