  What stood out when I first visited the showroom was the layout. Units feel airy, not cramped. For city living, that’s rare. I think the developer did a good job with planning.

  Nice investment

  I bought a unit here a while back. Price was a bit higher than nearby condos, but I see it as paying for location and space. Low density makes it feel more private, which I think adds value.

  Peaceful but well connected

  Been living here for 2 years and I love the balance. It feels quiet and calm, but I can get to Hartamas or Mont Kiara in minutes. The facilities are well-kept, and security is solid, which gives me peace of mind.
