  Gives Mature Property Feel

  I was comfortable with buying a property that was not newly completed. So it has had time to develop a more established feel. I was mainly looking for a unit that I could own and use without needing lots of additional facilities. The car park was important because I depend on my vehicle for most of my daily trips. I also like having a swimming pool when I want to take a break from my usual routine. The surau is another useful feature that makes the property more convenient for me. I have found the residence easy to settle into since becoming an owner. It has been a sensible choice for the kind of home I wanted.

  Practical Choice Ever Made

  I bought a unit here with the intention of keeping it as a rental property. I wanted something with facilities that could appeal to different types of tenants. A car park is important for people who drive daily, so I liked having that included. The swimming pool also gives the property an extra feature that tenants can enjoy. I also considered the surau a useful facility for residents who need it. I am happy to keep the unit as part of my property plans for now.

  Convenient Religious Space

  I chose to own a unit here because having a surau within the residence was important to me. It saves me from having to travel far whenever I want to use the prayer facilities. The swimming pool is also a nice option when I want some leisure time. So far, I have found the property comfortable for my daily routine.
