Convenience here just works
What I love is how everything’s within a short drive—EcoHill Walk in five minutes, Giant Hyper and Mydin for groceries, and a bunch of restaurants dotted along the way. It’s not right in KL core, sure, but access to LEKAS and SILK highways makes getting out or heading into town pretty smooth.

Good value, found everything I needed
I moved into D’Cerrum about a year ago, and for the price—between RM248k to RM300k it seemed like a smart buy—it’s been surprisingly comfortable. The units run around 949 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a little balcony, and a backyard. Plus, getting two car parks (one covered!) feels generous for an apartment.
