  Well-located but Tread Carefully—Tiny Issues

  Location is great, and the owner’s responsive—but the cluttered kitchen attracted cockroaches and ants, the sink leaked, and the bedsheets felt rough. Still usable, but the place clearly could benefit from some updating before it’s rented again.

  Pool, Gym and Solid Security

  The unit was cozy and ran like a charm, with washing machine, vacuum, a solid water heater, and 24/7 security. The pool and gym were nice touches, although it was raining one stay so the pool was off-limits—but that’s okay, at least the gym was there as backup.

  Above and Beyond, with Puppy Approval

  I booked D’Festivo for a stay in Ipoh, and it more than met our expectations — the place was super clean, comfy, and even stocked with extra pillows and thoughtfully arranged toiletries. My puppy felt right at home, snoozing under the sofa and furniture—proof that the space was cozy and lived-in.
