  We got a 3‑bed, 892 sq ft unit and it’s surprisingly roomy. Balcony, decent ventilation—just works for us. The shared amenities (pool, rooftop garden, BBQ deck, kids’ zone)—make it not just a place to crash, but an actual living space you want to hang out in.

  Location-wise, it's as good as urban get.

  Living here, I’m literally opposite Pearl Point and walking distance to Mid Valley or Bangsar. Highways like NPE, KESAS, Sprint, and Federal are all within minutes—so whether it's heading to work in PJ or going out for dinner in KL, it’s never a chore. It’s one of those locations that just clicks.

  Feels surprisingly private in a bustling zone

  I moved into D’Ivo recently and what struck me first was how calm it feels despite being smack in Old Klang Road’s traffic vibe. Two towers, 608 units total—so it’s not overpacked—and with greenery and a nice grand entrance, you get a sense of retreat even when malls and cafes are just a short stroll away. It’s like a little sanctuary hidden in the chaos.
