    Investor

    I rented here for 14 months. Units are well maintained, management is responsive, and being able to walk to the MRT was a huge draw for my tenants. Facilities aren’t super high-end compared to Mont Kiara condos, but they’re practical and clean. Biggest drawback is it’s leasehold, so for long-term buyers that might matter. For rental though, it’s been easy to attract tenants.

    Family Perspective

    We’ve been here with our two kids for over a year. The place feels safe, security guards are attentive, and the pool and gym are decent enough for daily use. Having shops and eateries downstairs makes life convenient, but sometimes the retail area brings more people around, so it can feel crowded. Still, overall it’s a comfortable home for a small family.

    Commuter Resident

    Living at D’Sara Sentral has been a lifesaver for me because of the sky bridge straight to the MRT. I work in KL and don’t need to drive every day, which cuts down so much stress. The unit is modern and easy to maintain. The only thing is, for Sungai Buloh the price is on the higher side, but I guess you’re really paying for the connectivity.

    Cozy and Lowkey

    This is definitely one of the more cozy and low key area, where mrt is easily accessible which can avoid daily hectic traffic in KL. Very well upkeep unit and condo. Security is tight and making my family feel extra safe.

    Fine balance of pricing and luxury

    The reason I bought an apartment here is that the developer manages to strike a fine balance of luxury and affordable pricing. It’s somewhere in the middle which worked for us. On top of that, the development around the area, access to public transportation and retail outlets outside the building all are essential to good quality of life. I also like that D’Sara Sentral is closely connected by major roads and highways. I’ve got two parking slots here since both myself and my wife drive to work.

    Easy connectivity

    In Sungai Buloh, I don’t think there’s a better new project than D’Sara Sentral. The project is a mix of serviced apartments, SoVo and retail shops. Makes it convenient for us residents as many of the retail outlets stock stuff we need regularly, the offices cater to critical services and since the link bridge connects to the MRT station, travel to and fro from work is easy for me.

    So beautiful

    I purchased a serviced apartment at D'Sara Sentral because it’s a beautiful project with a commercial complex and covered walkway connecting to the Kampung Selamat MRT station. The weather doesn’t pose any problem to me now. Since I don’t know how to drive, I depend a lot on public transport. I got a lot of complimentary stuff when I bought this apartment - kitchen furniture, hood & hob, appliances like the washer dryer, three air-conditioners and a water heater. My wife loves the zen garden and yoga deck where she does her morning yoga routines.
