  When I first looked, the variety caught me: 2‑bed at 861 sq ft all the way up to a 2,529 sq ft penthouse. Most of us go for the 1,076 sq ft 3‑bed layouts—enough space to spread out, plus two car parks and modern touches like air‑cond and hot water heaters built in. For the feel and flexibility, it’s surprisingly fair value.

  I moved into D’Suites last year and what really clicked for me was the peaceful vibe. It’s the only high‑rise in Horizon Hills, nestled beside lakes, greenery, and the golf course—so it’s lush but never stuffy. The jog paths, lap pool, and outdoor gym really make it feel like living in a getaway, even though everything’s at your fingertips.
