Quiet Personal Space

I do not need a lot of facilities, but having a car park and reliable security were important to me. I also like that the residence has a surau, as it is convenient to have one within the property. The playground is not something I use personally, but it is useful when friends bring their children over. I was comfortable with its relatively recent age. My unit has become a place where I can properly switch off after a busy day. I have enjoyed having my own space without giving up useful facilities. For me, it has been a comfortable property to own.

The playground was a useful feature for us because they can go down and play without us having to travel somewhere else. Having proper car parking is also helpful when we are carrying groceries or taking the kids out. The security setup gives me some added comfort as a parent.
