Friendly neighbours, but watch the fine print
The community here is mostly young families and professionals, and everyone’s pretty friendly. It almost feels like living in a village surrounded by greenery. But I got caught off-guard when the management committee required you to register your car details before you could park—took ages to get through, and they’re pretty slow to respond. -

Cozy layout, good student-friendly price rang
I got into a 3-bedroom layout—about 1,195 sq ft—renting isn’t crazy expensive and it was the most common unit among listings. It felt spacious, with two bathrooms, basic in‑house facilities like a small playground, wading pool, and basketball court. It’s walk‑up, so less fancy, but reliable. Just wish the parking spot wasn’t so squeezed on busy evenings. -

Green and surprisingly homey, though not flaw
I’ve lived at Delta Heights for a while now, and what struck me most is how peaceful it is despite being in a growing part of KK. The four‑storey walk‑up layout means we’re never stuck waiting for lifts, and the low density (96 units total) really helps with that calm vibe. Plus there’s easy access to schools, malls like City Mall, Water World, and giant hypermarkets—all just minutes away. The main downside? The pool’s been out of order on and off, and the management can take ages to reply when you report issues. -
