Functional double-storey home

Homes with many rooms like the Desa Pengkalan Bersatu units are great for homeowners who need the extra space. The layout of the houses is very functional and family members can have their own private spaces.

Nice neighbourhood

Desa Pengkalan Bersatu seems to be located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, which is good because it is not as busy as the town area. Unused rooms on the second floor can be used as an office or storage area.

Homes with many rooms

It's good that the Desa Pengkalan Bersatu homes come with five bedrooms. It can accommodate families with many children. The project is close to Ipoh town, lots of good food to be enjoyed.
