What I appreciate is that we’re tucked into Bandar Mahkota Cheras, which means BMC Mall, AEON Cheras Selatan, schools, parks, even UTAR and TRT—all within a short drive. It’s oddly serene for the city, thanks to how spread out and green the area is. And with the upcoming EKVE highway opening soon, I suspect access will only get better.

Feels like living in a resort, but without le
I put down a booking for Desa Tiara Residences recently, and honestly, it feels like you're signing up for resort living in Cheras. It's a freehold condo spanning 4.6 acres with only 350 units—definitely low-density. There are everything-from a sky deck on the 25th floor with city views, co-working lounges, badminton court, glamping tents, a BBQ lawn, jogging track, playgrounds—you name it. For a future completion (2028), I’m already looking forward to that blend of serenity and social space.

Solid size and parking is a real perk
I’ve been exploring unit options and love that they range from 3 to 4 bedrooms—anywhere between ~1,080 to 1,359 sq ft. What really stood out: every unit comes with at least two designated car park spots. As someone with two cars, that’s a godsend in Cheras. The layouts seem well thought out—not just packing in bedrooms, but actually useful space.
