  Well planned layout in a quiet suburban

  Didn’t expect to settle in Semenyih, but here we are and surprisingly loving it. DIAMI gives me enough space to work from home without hearing the blender 24/7. Wife’s thrilled about the layout, and my dogs are happy with the garden space.

  Pricier but safer

  "Not the cheapest house, but I wanted something safer and better for my kids. Area feels calm and neighbours are decent. The build quality seems okay so far. Just wish there was more parking for guests. "

  Modern city living with kids

  We just moved into DIAMI last month and honestly, it’s been so peaceful. My kids love the park and I like that it’s close to schools and groceries. The house is comfy and modern, with enough space for my small family. For the price, it’s really worth it. Happy we decided to buy here instead of something older further out.
